June is a GREAT month!

Alrighty... it's been way too long since I've updated this thing! I'll do my best...here it goes...

Ryan and I have been married 10 days now and it's wonderful! The ceremony was more beautiful than I could've imagined. My little brother is the most talented musician I know and he along with a good family friend Clayton, and four strings completed the ensemble! The music was amazing, Fr. A was inspiring, wedding party looked awesome and so did my groom. ;) So many moments during the ceremony are solidified in my mind forever. Being surrounded by family and friends who are family all in one place makes for the best day ever! Along with marrying your best friend....makes it pretty fantastic. What an awesome sacrament!

The reception was a ton of fun too...went by wayyyy to fast! Everyone said it would, but it was unbelieveable how fast it goes by. After the ceremony we wanted to take a small amount of pictures with family and the wedding party. Just a few pics and then off to the party! The limo showed up to take us all to the reception.... and we still had to get our stuff out of the bride/groom rooms. When the girls and I get to the bride's room....it's locked, and the code doesn't work to open the door. Apparently after 8:30 the code into the room doesn't work....that is outrageous!!!!! 7pm wedding... we wanted to be out of there by 8:30 but seriously?!?!? We got there around 8:35 and I was panicked!!!! My photographer's purse with some of her equiptment and all of the girls belongings were in there, as well as, my overnight bag... oh dear. Todd (the second shooter) worked on picking the lock with a hanger while Anna called her mom and anyone else we knew who might help. Nobody from the church was there any more. All this precious time is passing us by!!! ahhh ... mean while the boys are waiting by the limo and they think we're primping and taking forever. By divine intervention and a wire hanger - Todd gets the room open! Phew! Never seen a group of girls pick up, clean up and grab all their stuff so fast! We ran through the church court yard to the limo..... Ry was a little irritated until I told him what happen. We finally all piled into the limo, poured the champagne and were off... Goodness! What a way to start the evening! It will be one of those memories to look back on and laugh. :]

Anyways we made it to the reception and it was a blast! Can't wait for pictures! Have lots of great ones from friends and family. If you check out http://www.cakevideo.com/ our video guys made a highlight video... I laugh and cry through it all! It's beautiful.

We went to the Bahamas on our honeymoon and stayed at a Sandals resort! FABULOUSSSS! It was fantastic. Here are some pics!

This was the view outside our balcony!

My husband (still totally not used to that) and his sand masterpiece!

Rented a Jet Ski for the afternoon!
We took a ferry boat over to another small island near the resort one morning.... this was our little spot. Need a Corona and a lime for this pic!

This is going to be one of those pics I show the kids someday...and it's going to look super old school just like when I look at my parents pictures! haha love you mom and dad.

We became very skilled at taking our own pictures.... this is us on that little island next to the resort.

Our last night in the Bahamas... love him!

Well I am going to do my best to keep this up! Ryan and I are in the middle of setting up our new house! That's another post in itself. I'll get some pictures up soon.

It's a wonderful life!
